  I booked a hotel for 5 days. When my conference was changed, I asked them to changed it for me. After many calls to them, they finally said it was non refundable and could not be changed. AFter I persisted repeatedly, and said that wasn't acceptable, she finally gave me the number of their "supplier" which she booked it with. Turns out it was expedia. Anyway, I called the number, and had my reservation changed in about 10 minutes. Why she couldn't have done that for me I don't know. She just kept saying it couldn't be done. I moved to a different hotel, which was more expensive. So Flight Centre lost my upgrade commission, plus, I would never deal with them again in the future.
